About Me

I’m a highly experienced and collaborative creative director, and ideasmith, an international award winner with numerous skills, as a graphic designer, director and copywriter. I’ve brought my love of language and a keen wit to promotional campaigns for some of the world’s best broadcast brands; I’m a proven team leader and mentor, managing creative teams at 422 in the UK, Spirit Creative in Washington DC, and at WGBH in Boston.

My career began as a graphic designer with the BBC, where I created animations and directed live action and post production; I also grew to love creating work with a ‘message’. On leaving the Beeb, I began to apply my creative drive to branding and promotion, creating smart, successful messaging in both motion and static media.
